MÜSTƏQİLLİK DÖNƏMİNDƏN SONRA REGİONAL İQTİSADİYYATIN XÜSUSİYYƏTLƏRİ

Cənubi Qafqaz coğrafiyasının bir hissəsi olan Azərbaycan həm regionunun geostrateji aspektləri, həm də öz torpaqlarının yerləşməsi baxımından böyük əhəmiyyətə və geostrateji mövqeyə malikdir. Cənubi Qafqaz respublikamız həm coğrafi mövqeyinə, həm də malik olduğu təbii sərvətlərə görə strateji əhəmiyyətə malikdir. Cənubi Qafqaz təkcə Asiya ilə Avropanı birləşdirən qapı deyil, həm də islam və xristian sivilizasiyalarının kəsişdiyi regiondur. Asiya ilə Avropa arasında körpü təşkil edən və mədəniyyətlərin kəsişdiyi mühüm yol qovşağı olan Cənubi Qafqaz təbii qaz, neft və dəmir filizi kimi faydalı qazıntılar baxımından zəngin ehtiyatlara, münbit kənd təsərrüfatı torpaqlarına malikdir. XX əsrdən enerji istehlakının, neft və təbii qazdan asılılığın artdığı dünyada neftdən istifadənin sürətlə artması ilə əlaqədar diqqət Qafqaza yönəldilib. Bu sərvətin istismarı qısa bir zamanda Qafqazda mühüm dəyişikliklərə səbəb oldu və bölgə bütün dünyada tanınmağa başladı.

Characteristics of regional economy after independence

Abstract

Being a part of the geography of the South Caucasus, Azerbaijan has a great importance and geostrategic position in terms of both the geostrategic aspects of its region and the location of its lands. Our South Caucasus republic is of strategic importance due to its geographical position and natural resources. The South Caucasus is not only a gateway connecting Asia and Europe, but also a region where Islamic and Christian civilizations intersect. The South Caucasus, which forms a bridge between Asia and Europe and is an important crossroads of cultures, has rich resources in terms of minerals such as natural gas, oil and iron ore, as well as fertile agricultural lands. Due to the rapid increase in the use of oil in the world, where energy consumption and dependence on oil and natural gas have increased since the 20th century, attention has been directed to the Caucasus. The exploitation of this wealth caused important changes in the Caucasus in a short time, and the region became known all over the world.
