KÖK HÜCEYRƏ İLƏ MÜALİCƏ. ORQANİZMDƏ TƏTBİQ SAHƏLƏRİ. BU SAHƏDƏ OLAN YENİLİKLƏR

İnsan orqanizminin ən kiçik quruluş və funksianal vahidi hüceyrədir. Bəzi hüceyrələr vardır ki, onlar özləri - özlərini törədə bilirlər, eyni zamanda başqa hüceyrə tipinə də çevrilirlər. Bu cür hüceyrələr kök hüceyrə adlanır. Öz-özünü yeniləmək xüsusiyyəti olan kök hüceyrə digər hüceyrələrə çevrilmək qabilliyəti ilə orqanizmin ehtiyacı olduğu zaman dövriyəyə girər, digər hüceyrələrin əmələ gəlməsini, çoxalmasını, böyüməsini təmin edər. Kök hüceyrədən müxtəlif xəstəliklərin müalicəsində istifazdə edilir. Anadangəlmə metabolik reaksiyaların pozulmasında, sümük iliyi xəstəliklərində, immun sisteminin gücləndirilməsində, zədələnən orqan və toxumaların müalicəsində, diz-oynaq problemlərində, kosmetalogiyada gəncləşmə prosedurlarında geniş istifadə olunur. Son dövrlər isə alzaymer, parkinson, beyin damarlarının tutulması və uralogiyada tətbiq edilir və çox gözəl nəticələr alınır. Əvvəllər müalicəsi mümkün olmayan xəstəliklər kök hüceyrə tətbiqi sahəsində öz həllini tapır və bu sahədə tətqiqatlar gələcəkdə orqan transplantasiyasında mühüm nəticələrin alınmasına zəmin yaradacaq. Belə ki orqanın kök hüceyrədən alınması üzərində çalışılır. Kök hüceyrə müalicəsində kök hüceyrə ya xəstənin özündən alınır ya da uyğun donordan əldə edilir və müalicə üçün lazimi sahəyə tətbiq edilir.

Stem cell treatment. Areas of application in organism.

Abstract

The smallest structural and functional unit of the human body is the cell. There are some cells that can reproduce by themselves, but also transform into another cell type. Such cells are called stem cells. The stem cell, which has the property of self-renewal, with the ability to transform into other cells, enters the cycle when the body needs it, ensures the formation, reproduction and growth of other cells. Stem cells are used in the treatment of various diseases. It is widely used in disorders of congenital metabolic reactions, bone marrow diseases, strengthening of the immune system, treatment of damaged organs and tissues, knee-joint problems, rejuvenation procedures in cosmetology. Recently, it is used in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease and urology, and very good results are obtained. Previously untreatable diseases are being solved in the field of stem cell application, and research in this field will lay the groundwork for obtaining important results in organ transplantation in the future. So, they are trying to get the organ from the stem cell. In stem cell therapy, stem cells are either taken from the patient himself or obtained from a suitable donor and applied to the required area for treatment.
