Çevik metodologiyaların qəbulu bu gün təşkilatlar və bir çox İT departamentləri üçün, xüsusən də bank sektorunda əsas problemlərdən biridir. Banklar, xüsusən də yeni rəqəmsal texnologiyalar fonunda bazardakı dəyişikliklərə uyğunlaşmaq üçün çevik yanaşmalar tətbiq etməyə məcbur olurlar. Bir çox iri müəssisələr bu metodologiyanın geniş yayılmış üstünlükləri sayəsində artıq öz layihə idarəetmə sistemlərində çevik yanaşmaları tətbiq ediblər. Çevik yanaşma, xarici mühitdəki müxtəlif dəyişikliklərə uyğunlaşma qabiliyyətini özündə cəmləşdirən fəal hərəkətlər toplusudur. Çevik olmaq istənilən vaxt xarici mühitdəki müxtəlif qeyri-müəyyənlik növlərini oxuyub başa düşmək və refleksivliyi artırmağa çalışmaq deməkdir ki, bu da reaksiya sürətini minimuma endirəcək.

Transformation of the Agile Management Project approach to the banking sector
Abstract
Adoption of agile methodologies is one of the main challenges for organizations and many IT departments today, especially in the banking sector. Banks are forced to adopt flexible approaches to adapt to market changes, especially in light of new digital technologies. Many large enterprises have already implemented agile approaches in their project management systems due to the widespread benefits of this methodology. An agile approach is a set of active actions that include the ability to adapt to various changes in the external environment. Being flexible means reading and understanding the various types of uncertainty in the external environment at any time and trying to increase reflexivity, which will minimize the speed of reaction.
