Rəqabət üstünlüyü əldə etmək istəyən müəssisələr üçün qərar qəbuletmə informasiya sistemlərinin (QMİS) tətbiqinin səmərəliliyinin öyrənilməsi vacibdir. Bu tədqiqatın məqsədi müəssisələrdə qərar qəbuletmə prosesləri üçün DMIS tətbiqinin üstünlüklərini və mənfi cəhətlərini təhlil etməkdir. DMIS-in əsas üstünlüklərindən biri daha səmərəli qərar qəbuletmə proseslərinə imkan verməsidir. Real vaxt rejimində məlumat və təhlil təmin etməklə, DMIS qərar qəbul edənlərə daha məlumatlı və vaxtında qərarlar qəbul etməyə kömək edir. Bundan əlavə, DMIS təşkilatlara əməliyyat xərclərini azaltmağa və məhsuldarlığı artırmağa kömək edə bilər. Bununla belə, DMIS-dən istifadənin bəzi mənfi cəhətləri də var. Əsas problemlərdən biri sistemin tətbiqi və saxlanması xərcləridir. DMIS kiçik müəssisələr üçün maneə ola bilən aparat, proqram təminatı və personala əhəmiyyətli investisiya tələb edir. Bundan əlavə, DMIS həssas biznes məlumatlarını poza bilən təhlükəsizlik pozuntularına da həssas ola bilər. Ümumiyyətlə, rəqabət üstünlüyü üçün DMIS-in səmərəliliyinin öyrənilməsi bu cür sistemlərin tətbiqinin fayda və çatışmazlıqlarının hərtərəfli təhlilini tələb edir. DMIS qərar vermə proseslərini təkmilləşdirə və məhsuldarlığı artıra bilsə də, müəssisələr bu sistemlərlə bağlı xərcləri və potensial riskləri diqqətlə ölçməlidirlər.

Abstract
It is important to study the effectiveness of the application of decision-making information systems (DIS) for enterprises that want to gain a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of DMIS implementation for decision-making processes in enterprises. One of the main advantages of DMIS is that it enables more efficient decision-making processes. By providing real-time data and analysis, DMIS helps decision makers make more informed and timely decisions. In addition, DMIS can help organizations reduce operational costs and increase productivity. However, there are some downsides to using DMIS. One of the main problems is the cost of implementing and maintaining the system. DMIS requires significant investment in hardware, software, and personnel, which can be prohibitive for small businesses. In addition, DMIS can also be vulnerable to security breaches that can compromise sensitive business data.In general, studying the effectiveness of DMIS for competitive advantage requires a thorough analysis of the benefits and drawbacks of implementing such systems. While DMIS can improve decision-making processes and increase productivity, businesses must carefully weigh the costs and potential risks associated with these systems.
