GÜBRƏDƏN ASILI OLARAQ ADI MƏRCİMƏK (LENS CULINARIS MEDIC.) SORT VƏ SORT NÜMUNƏLƏRİNİN MƏHSULDARLIĞI VƏ KEYFİYYƏT GÖSTƏRİCİLƏRİNİN TƏHLİLİ

Məqalədə 2021-ci ildə aparılan elmi tədqiqat işi zamanı 10 sort və sortnümunəsinin keyfiyyət göstəriciləri və bəzi struktur əlamətləri, məhsuldarlıq göstəriciləri qeyd olunmuşdur. Göstərilən xüsusiyyətlərlə yanaşı onlar arasında asılılığı müəyyən etmək məqsədilə korelyativ əlaqələr qurulmuşdur. Digər dənli-paxlalı bitkilərdən tərkibində zülalın miqdarına görə fərqlənir. Belə ki, mərciməyi vegeterianlar ətə alternativ kimi qəbul edərək ondan qida məhsulu kimi istifadə edirlər. Bu baxımdan dənlərin keyfiyyət analizini təhlil edərkən məlum oldu ki, gübrə tətbiq edilməyən variantda zülalın miqdarı ən çox 24,85 olmaqla LİCTN-17 №9 sort nümunəsində, ən az 22,18 olmaqla LİEN-MH-17 №19sortnümunəsində, gübrə tətbiq edilən variantda isə zülalın miqdar ən çox LİCTN-17 №16-də 24,85 %, ən az LİEN-MH-17 №28-də isə 23,07% olduğu müşahidə olunmuşdur. Artmaqda olan dünya əhalisinin ərzaq tələbatının yüksək keyfiyyətli yerli qida məhsulları ilə təmin olunması günümüzün vacib məslələrindəndir. Bu baxımdan ölkəmiz Azərbaycan dövləti ölkədə əhalinin rifahının daha da yaxşılaşdırılması üçün yerli istehsalı artırmaqla bazar iqtisadiyyatının inkişaf etdirilməsi istiqamətini seçmişdir. Əkinçilikdə düzgün aqrotexniki qaydalara əməl etməklə yüksək və ekoloji şəraitinin əlverişli olmasıyla yüksək məhsuldarlığa nail olmaq olar.

Analysis of productivity and quality indicators of common lentil

(Lens culinaris Medic.) varieties and specimens depending on fertilizer

Abstract

The article has presented data on the quality indicators and some structural features and productivity indicators of 10 varieties and specimens studied in 2021. Correlations between them were established. The difference from other cereals and legumes in the protein amount was found. Vegetarians are known to consume lentils as an alternative to meat and use them as a food product. According to qualitative analysis of grains, the largest protein amount (24.85%) was in the unfertilized variant of the LICTN-17 №9 specimen, while the smallest amount (22.18%) was observed in the LIEN-MH-17 №19 specimen. Whereas, in the fertilized variant, the largest protein amount (24.85%), was found in LICTN-17 №16 and the smallest (23.07%) in LIEN-MH-17 №28.Providing the food demand of the growing world population with high-quality local food products is one of the important issues of today. In this regard, the state of Azerbaijan has chosen the direction of developing the market economy by increasing local production in order to further improve the welfare of the population in the country. High productivity can be achieved by following the correct agrotechnical rules in agriculture and with favorable environmental conditions.
